Questionable Contractor

Homeowners, beware. I am one of the very unfortunate homeowners who employed this very questionable contractor. My house (William Street) is still unfinished. I had to hire someone to repaint the lousy job done by the previous contractor. Two new windows had been installed by him, but my new painter that I hired to clean up the mess has had to caulk everthing. The original contractor from hell had left everything in a mess: he was given money up front and then came back for more, and the trusting soul that I am readly gave it to him. He is now back in the neighbourhood under a new name ---- must have gone bankrupt, then renamed his company. His signs are proudly displayed on a few houses ---William St. and Hayward. He is putting his card in homes in the neighbourhood and around the city. He will send you a very professional spreadsheet at no cost, and if you hire him, he will be around very quickly, wanting cash up front. IF you would like more information, contact the Georgestown Neighbourhood Association at georgestownneighbourhood@gmail.com, and they will give you my contact information. Please be very careful; he can be charming. Burned!
